Web fonts and images are delivered by Adobe Fonts and Cloudflare, which may process your IP address to deliver those assets. Messages sent to book a session or license photos are handled by Romain Sénéchal to answer and manage the request, and are kept only as long as needed for the booking and rights records; you may request access, correction or deletion at romsnl@outlook.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD, rue de la Presse 25, 1000 Brussels).

Terms of sale

  • Sessions are booked via email or DM and confirmed by a written quote (price TTC, date, delivery).
  • Payment is made as agreed in the quote, by bank transfer; no online payment on this site.
  • Photos are delivered within the delay stated in the quote (headshot packs: 24h unless stated otherwise).
  • Consumer bookings concluded at a distance carry a 14-day withdrawal right (Book VI, Code de droit économique).
  • Once the session has started at the consumer’s express request, withdrawal no longer applies and proportional costs may be charged.
  • Complaints go to romsnl@outlook.com and are answered within a reasonable time.
